Elect Jeremiah Giles

I am running to serve as your next Circuit Court Judge for Place #7 in Baldwin County. I am a Christian, a Conservative Republican, and a lifelong resident of Baldwin County. 

For nearly 20 years, I’ve practiced law, beginning as an Assistant District Attorney and now in private practice here in my hometown of Summerdale.

As a judge, I will be tough on crime while remaining fair and impartial. My experience across a broad range of legal areas has prepared me to hold offenders accountable and ensure justice is served. When violent career criminals are convicted, I will uphold the law and protect Baldwin County families by imposing the strongest sentences allowed.

Qualifications matter when choosing a Judge. I’ve earned the AV Preeminent Rating, the highest possible peer rating for legal skill and ethical standards, awarded by Martindale-Hubbell based on reviews by fellow attorneys and judges.

Yet even more important than professional recognition, I value the trust this community has placed in me and my family over generations. My wife of 15 years, Dr. Rachel Giles, is an educator who is also active in our church and community, and together we are committed to serving Baldwin County.

I’m running for this position because I believe in the past, present, and future of this community. I want to continue serving Baldwin County with the same integrity that has guided me throughout my career.
